Q/. How are orders sent out?
A/. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class post. We have used this method for over twenty years and find that, as well as being cost effective, the service is reliable. Overseas orders are sent by DHL who have a quick trackable service to anywhere in the world.
Q/. Are there any countries that you can not ship to?
A/. Australia and New Zealand will not accept food products due to import restrictions. Unfortunately similar problems are being encountered to the USA. However we can still accept orders from these countries for shipping to UK or European addresses.
Q/. What is the shelf life of the products?
A/. Shelf life of smoked foods is around four weeks from date of production. They should be kept refrigerated and are suitable for freezing.
Q/. I would like to order now, but will not need the products to arrive until a later date.
A/. This is not a problem. In the section on the order page marked comments or additional information, just tell us when you would like the parcel to arrive and we will target that date.
Q/. I am nervous about placing credit card details online. Is there any other way I can order from you?
A/. Our shop operates under a secure server ensuring your details are safe. As soon as we have processed your order, your credit card details are deleted from our records.
